Viviane Hülsmeier co-founded CoPlannery, the Berlin based tech startup behind the platform Baustarter. Her longtime interest in participatory design methods and digital strategies motivated her to start her venture online rather than offline.
Viviane is a licensed architect and holds a masters degree in architecture from Princeton University. Having worked with a diverse range of clients at leading architecture firms in Germany, she knows how to translate complex needs into real space.
Together with her co-founders at CoPlannery, she is part of the Centre for Entrepreneurship, the startup incubator at TU Berlin. As spokesperson for the PropTech platform of the German Startups Association and member of the digital transformation committee at the Berlin Chamber of Architects, she helps advance the discourse on digital transformation in the real estate and construction industry. Viviane cares about equality, the built environment and digital transformation.
